Early bird catches more than the worm with the Scottish Game Fair

The great-value early bird ticket offer includes a discount on the gate prices as well as parking and is available until 30 April.

For just £38, the early bird gives a family of four (two adults and two children, aged 5-15 years) an exclusive 10% discount on the gate price with the added benefit of a free gold parking pass (worth £12). Two or more adult tickets are also available for £36 per pair with free gold parking. Now in its 29th year, the Scottish Game Fair (www.scottishfair.com), is run by the charity - Game & Wildlife Conservation Trust (GWCT) - as one of its main annual fund raisers and is a popular highlight in the Scottish events calendar, attracting over 33,000 visitors from across the UK.

The 2017 fair is set to be a year to remember in the run up to the 30th anniversary next year (2018). The extensive and lively programme is planned to be bigger and better than ever before with new and exciting developments including the launch of an exciting new gundog competition. There’s also going to be big changes to the fishing area with new aspects such as lively debates with topical speakers and demos.

An annual gathering for country sports enthusiasts, this three-day event offers something for everyone with a packed programme of Main Ring events, ‘Have A Go’ activities and superb shopping with over 400 traders exhibiting the finest equipment, sporting goods, food, drink, clothing and crafts plus so much more.

The Scottish Game Fair is without doubt a true celebration of rural Scotland helping educate and debate on issues whilst showcasing game, wildlife and countryside management.

But, there’s so much more on offer with many visitors returning each year to participate in the fair’s varied traditional field and country sports competitions.
