Funeral for Glenarm man who died in ATM tragedy
A service will be held at St Patrick’s Church of Ireland where prayers were said at morning worship on Sunday by minister Rev Helen MacArthur.
Rev MacArthur said that prayers were offered for Mr Diaczysyn, a gardener at Glenarm Castle, and his family to “see them through the following days”.

Hide AdAccording to police, Mr Diaczysyn had been withdrawing money from the Bank of Ireland ATM when a blue-coloured Vauxhall Vivaro van that was parked on the street is believed to have rolled back and struck him.
The 63-year-old was taken to hospital for treatment for a suspected fracture to his leg. Unfortunately he passed away in hospital the following morning.
