‘Heartbreaking’ news of fatal collision in Co Fermanagh
Arlene Foster has described as “heartbreaking” news that a young man has died in a Co Fermanagh road collision on Wednesday evening.
The First Minister was commenting after police reported a “serious road collision” on the Belfast Road between Fivemiletown and Brookeborough shortly after 6pm.
In a Twitter message, Mrs Foster said: “Heartbreaking news from my neighbourhood this evening. Our prayers are with this young man’s family who have been plunged into unimaginable grief. Please remember them.”
The road has remained closed while police and specialist accident investigators examine the scene.
