Jack Knifed lorry closes part of M1 say PSNI

Part of the M1 motorway remains closed after a lorry jack knifed at lunchtime.

The country-bound lanes of the M1 near Portadown are shut as the PSNI deal with the situation.

It appears a lorry tanker has almost fell over on its side in the middle of the road.

It is unclear if there are any injuries at this stage.

“It’s expected to be closed for the next 30 minutes.”
