Man charged after seizure of killer drug
A 45-year-old man has been charged with possession of a Class A controlled drug, possession of Class A controlled drug with intent to supply, and dishonestly using electricity following a planned search of a house in the Ballymena area last night.
He is due to appear at Coleraine Magistrates’ Court tomorrow, Monday, 20 June.
Constable Peter Kearney, Ballymena Crime Team said: “A quantity of heroin with an estimated street value of £2,700 was seized.

Hide Ad“We are determined to reduce the availability of this killer drug and I appeal to anyone who has any concerns or information about illegal drugs to contact their local Police on the non-emergency number 101.
