Man released in Holywood murder probe

A PSNI spokesman said a post mortem examination was carried out and the death is no longer being treated as suspicious.

The man who died has been named locally as Paul Gordon, a Stormont Assembly worker, who was believed to be in his

mid-40s.

Mr Gordon, who was found in a house in a rural area south of Holywood, north Down, had been involved with

Administrative work in the Stormont’s Assembly’s finance branch, dealing with matters such as MLAs’ expenses and salaries.
