Raymond McCord is seeking a judicial review and lodged the papers at the High Court in Belfast last week.

He claims Brexit would be unlawful without a parliamentary vote. At his first attempt, Mr McCord’s application for legal aid was turned down.

However, he said that an appeal yesterday reversed the decision and that his challenge will continue in court this Friday.
