Motorcyclist suffers head injuries after crash
A man has been taken to hospital after a crash on the A2 Bangor Road.
It happened shortly before 4.30pm in the Belfast-bound lanes, near the Culloden Hotel.
It involved a motorbike and a car, and the motorcyclist – a man, estimated to be roughly 30 years old – is currently understood to be in the Royal Victoria Hospital with head and leg injuries.
His condition is described as “stable” by the Belfast health trust.
The road has reopened.
