A solution to flags in Northern Ireland

The solution is simple. Reinstate the unionist sponsored 1954 Flags and Emblems Act which was enthusiastically enforced by the RUC and B men, only in the 2016 Flags and Emblems Act it will include all flags and emblems, not a unionist-sponsored version which only included nationalists flags and emblems.

Problem solved.
