Evensong at St Anne's deserves support
I would like to draw the attention of your readership to the daily 5.30 choral evensong service in St Anne's Cathedral Belfast.
A great amount of effort is being put into training boys and girls from across the divide and their efforts really do deserve our support.
This service lasts only 30 minutes and to quote the late Sir David Wilcocks: “The time devoted by children singing in the choir will never have been wasted for they will have indulged in healthy exercise, developed their powers of consideration, enjoyed being part of a team and probably laid the foundation for a lifelong love of music.”
