Everyone must play their part against terrorism

PSNI intelligence indicates these evil terrorists, motivated by twisted logic, are planning further attacks.

The vast majority of people have no time for murder yet the terrorists seem to operate from some areas with at least tacit support.

The terrorists bomb making capability has been demonstrated and given the confirmed threat level the emergency services need our prayerful and practical support.

Northern Ireland will continue to move forward; we won’t be dragged back and the benefits from full peace will transform NI. However, full peace requires everyone to play their part in making our society safe.

Turning a blind eye, ignoring police calls for community support allows terrorism to spread like wildfire with the potential loss of innocent life.

Giving hope to our children, safety for our older people and jobs requires all citizens to play their part in removing the scourge of violence from our streets.
