Irish subservience
To quote Jacob Rees-Mogg (Quote of the Day, Page 21, March 21), 'The UK will not accept being a subservient state.'
Does he think that Britain has the right to treat Ireland as a subservient state?
Ireland is still partitioned as a consequence of Britain’s 1920 Government/Partition of Ireland Act.
