It's better if officers catch criminals
Is it appropriate that police officers, trained at public expense should devote their time to apprehending motorists who have exceeded the speed limit by two or three miles an hour?
Would their time not be better spent catching thieves and other criminals?
Or is the motorist as usual the easy option?
