Ben Habib voted for Boris Johnson’s Brexit deal when its myriad issues were already apparent
I note with interest that the leadership of the Democratic Unionist Party is encouraging unionists to support the crowdfunding campaign being headed by former MEP Ben Habib to challenge the Northern Ireland Protocol in the courts.
Mr Habib voted for the Prime Minister’s Withdrawal Agreement when its myriad issues were already apparent.

Hide AdWhile efforts to challenge the protocol are welcome, where was this so-called friend of the Union when the wrecking began?
For the Union to flourish in the future, Northern Ireland needs more steadfast rather than fair-weather friends.
