Few of us who supported Brexit supported it at such a cost to the Union

A letter from Dr Gerald Morgan:

In betraying the DUP Boris Johnson has betrayed the Union, as Margaret Thatcher did before him in 1985.

With a border in the Irish Sea between Northern Ireland on the one hand and Scotland, Wales and England on the other there is no doubt that the Union itself is in danger.

Few of us who supported Brexit (as I still do) supported it at such a cost.

We all now need to consider the question of our true allegiance.

The Ulster Unionists still have friends. Unfortunately they are not to be found in the Conservative and Unionist Party.
