I concur with him that it is a mystery why unionism, in all its forms, is allowing and even co-operating with the border in the Irish Sea.

Hide AdIt is no wonder that the British government picks a fight with unionists rather than republicans.
As we limp toward being an EU colony, and more in line with the Republic than the mainland, unionists are set to reap what they sow in the name of keeping an outdated agreement that no unionist has challenged on the issue of consent.
Unionist leaders have to be prepared to walk away from government, and forsake the financial expediency of continuing in it, when our country is in danger of being taken out of the UK single market without our consent.
