The rapidly developing crisis over the coronavirus demands that we give ourselves to prayer. We need the God of Heaven!

He owes us nothing, especially because of our departure from Him in so many areas of life. But mercy would not be mercy if it was deserved.

Let us pray that ravages of Covid19 will be halted, and that God will give wisdom and unity of purpose across all parties and governments in these islands, so that they will be able to lead us well at this critical hour.

Most of all, that people will be brought to true repentance and faith in our Lord Jesus Christ, which is man’s most urgent need.

May the good Lord have mercy on Ireland, England, Scotland and Wales.
