Letter: A shake-up of Northern Ireland's health and social services is long overdue

We need a massive reorganisation of our health and social services here in Northern Ireland, as has just started in England and Wales.

It is so obvious and if it doesn’t happen at last we will need to hear from our dreadful politicians as to precisely why and one of their unacceptable excuses better not be that too many people would lose their jobs.
