A letter from David Barbour:

I, as a citizen of Northern Ireland, need to know why the Republic of Ireland, our nearest neighbour, is not being fully used in the inquiries into the Omagh or any other bombing during the Troubles.

Not even the latest police commander who is highly experienced on both sides of the border is asked to comment.
