Letter: What will it take for Simon Byrne to be removed as Chief Constable?
A letter from Harry Patterson:
Sir Jeffrey Donaldson does not want to leave the PSNI leaderless following the recent debacle(s).
He must have a very, very low standard in that respect if he considers the current leader of the PSNI is providing anything close to leadership.
Lurching from one crisis to another since he was appointed, just what would it take for the Policing Board to remove him or even more unlikely for Mr Byrne to resign?
