Northern Ireland Protocol Bill must pass before DUP return to Stormont

The DUP must move very cautiously. I agree with Jim Allister. There must be no unionist executive until the NI Protocol Bill has gone fully through committee stages and the House of Lords.

There is no guarantee it will pass the Lords. The DUP was double crossed once. They must be on guard against another double cross.
