The unwanted arrival of the Covid-19 epidemic has seen an unusual relationship between the DUP and Sinn Fein as they work together to try and control the spread of this deadly virus and safeguard the people of Northern Ireland.

Well, that looks to be in the past now. Michelle O’Neill has once again shown her true egotistical ways by attending Bobby Storey’s funeral, in which undeniably there were many breaches of the social distancing guidelines.

Which were partly set by Sinn Fein. This has angered me greatly as many families have sadly lost loved ones to the coronavirus, including young children and not been able to give them a proper send off that they deserve.

I can feel their anger and frustration and they have my full understanding. How does this make you feel, Sinn Fein supporters?

Not good I should hope.

So, Michelle if you are reading this, please do the right thing and stand aside.

The main priority has to be our government continuing to work together in unison to control the Covid-19 virus, for the sake of our people. Especially as there is still a real chance of a second wave hitting us.

Yes I am a member of the Protestant community but this is not a letter designed to just purely vent my anger at Michelle O’Neill. I feel I am writing this on behalf of hundreds of people across Northern Ireland.

Things are never easy on the hill are they?
