With regard to the article ‘Reeling from Boris Johnson’s betrayal, DUP founding member says he’s questioning the Union,’ (March 24 see link below)

I do not rejoice over Wallace Thompson’s current state of distress but I am glad that he has finally come to the awareness that “History should have alerted me to this pattern of betrayal ... Will we never learn?”

Wallace Thompson and his fellow unionists should have started learning the pattern of betrayal back during the potato famine when the Irish were being left to starve while more than enough foodstuff was being shipped back to England.

Time for Northern Ireland to stop sucking at Westminster’s teat. The milk is sour!
