Unionist ministers have tolerated and staffed a border in the Irish Sea

Now that all unionists appear to be on the same page when it comes to the sea border and we agree that it constitutes a fundamental breach of the Act of Union, the grounds of the legal action, doesn’t this make the staffing of the border by a unionist run-department indefensible?

Why did Ministers Lyons and Poots ever tolerate such a situation and will they commit to the ceasing of all inspections forthwith?
