An outrage at the Outlet
I felt so sorry for a dear, gentle lady who was trying to be of service to an overbearing, female, middle-aged customer at a retailer at the '˜Outlet' last Wednesday morning near Banbridge.
To my astonishment, this dear retailer was confronted by the words: “Are you telling me that you do not stock *******?” - ending with: “For if you are, then I’m taking this further!”
As a customer myself, I felt the reverberations of the menacing-like overtones of the outspoken customer’s behaviour.
I felt so sorry for the polite retailer who was subjected to such breathtaking arrogance.
