SF are in breach of Fresh Start deal
The really big question is not whether the Ulster Unionists will take their place in the new Executive but whether the DUP will join in government with those who are in breach of a major commitment in the Fresh Start Agreement.
Section A, page 14 of the Agreement committed all signatories to working for the disbandment and dismantling of all paramilitary organisations and structures.
If Sinn Fein continue to deny the Chief Constable’s current assessment that the Provisionals are still around, they can hardly be working for their demise.
I think I know the answer to the big question?
