The moral malaise has its roots in ecumenism

I totally agree with the analysis set forth.

The question that remains is: “Why has there been a moral collapse?”

Moral values are born of the spiritual teaching a community is subject to.

The moral standards from which Ulster has fallen owe their origins to Biblical Protestantism and its faithful exposition of the Word of God.

Those values have been under attack over the past 100 years and this is the cause of the present moral malaise.

It is with us as it was with Israel in the Days of the Saviour.

‘Howbeit in vain do they worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.

‘For laying aside the commandment of God, ye hold the tradition of men,’ Mark 7:7-8. Such has increasingly been the ‘theology’ of the majority of Protestant pulpits over the last 100 years and its harvest is now becoming evident to those with eyes to see.

Whatever now may be said about Dr Paisley, in his heyday he faithfully warned of the outcome of modernistic/ecumenical thinking and he was correct even though I feel he fell for the very lie he had earlier warned of.

It could only happen in Ireland!
