Tory candidate: I have never hunted the five big game animals

At no time in my life have I ever hunted Big game' as defined by the big five game animals being the African lion, African elephant, Cape buffalo, African leopard, and rhinoceros, nor have I ever engaged in trophy hunting.

I specialise in Plains game, ie antelope cull management hunting where excessive numbers of females are required to be culled to preserve the feeding capabilities of the land to accommodate BOTH farming stock and the indigenous wildlife.

The story which has been given considerable press coverage originated from a Labour party supporter and was pushed by the left wing Mirror group is 20% that I am a candidate and 80% that I am a Tory.
