Unhappy at decline in the quality of BBC programmes

I recently sent an email to the BBC regarding what I considered to be a decline in the quality of their programmes which I have enjoyed for many years '“ mainly the poor quality of their drama and short stories.

The BBC is happy to take my annual licence fee but could only send me a standard letter rejecting my complaint as not being in the correct format.

I replied to this letter but again it was rejected.

The BBC is only interested in dealing with complaints on their own terms while I, who help to fund the organisation, am treated as a nonentity.

I no longer listen to their radio programmes.
