US and France would not shy from a Loughgall-style response to Isis

The IRA and its apologists must have had the luck of the Irish on their side by operating their terrorist campaign in the pre 9-11 era. Rewrite the Loughgall story from a 2016 / Isis perspective, and we can see how perverse the bleating from the IRA apologists really is:

‘US Navy Seals acted disproportionately in the deaths of eight Isis fighters in New York’

Or:

‘French Special Forces acted disproportionately in the deaths of eight Isis fighters in Paris theatre attack’

Absurd, isn’t it?

We would not be questioning whether the Isis terrorists should have been arrested. We would have been celebrating the bravery and skill these soldiers demonstrated in preventing a murderous attack.
