You reported assaults on transport staff ('˜Concern over hundreds of assaults on Translink journeys,' September 26).
Before the Troubles violence was the last option in a dispute.
Now it is the first option.
The resort to violence is the collective guilt of the paramilitaries who institutionalised violence.
