So the Brexit apocalypse has failed to materialise.

The USA, Canada, Germany and the Republic of Ireland have all called for free trade deals.

The equivalent of the German CBI has called for tariff free trade with the UK.

The Irish government has said it will do everything it can to keep the Common Travel Area and tariff free trade.

The FTSE fell but finished on weekly high.

The pound plummeted but closed at February levels and UK Gilt yields fell meaning the UK government can borrow for less.

Interestingly the Leave campaign which won 17,410,742 had a majority of 1,269,501. The combined vote for Leave in Northern Ireland and Scotland was 1,367,764.
