Pedestrian dies after serious road collision

A man in his twenties has died following a collision on Moneynick Road, Toome.

A PSNI spokesman said it was believed the male was a pedestrian who was struck by a car close to a service station at around 8.20pm last night, Sunday 17 March.

Police are appealing for witnesses to contact them by calling 101, quoting reference number 1296 17/03/19.
