Appeal to find missing Vietnamese male - who recently arrived in NI - last seen in Belfast
Police are appealing for information about missing 30-year-old Van Huy Phan who recently arrived in Belfast.

He was last seen on January 26 at 5pm in the Stranmillis area of Belfast.
He may have travelled to England.
The appeal for information was made on PSNI Facebook.
