Heartbroken family thank people of Northern Ireland for donating £70K towards repatriation GoFundMe for tragic Singco family
The heartbroken families of Cathrene Kith Singco and her husband, Ralph Singco who died after a horror crash in Crumlin have thanked those who donated money to a repatriation GoFundMe so the Filipino family can be buried together in the Philippines.
The appeal has now hit almost £70,000 in a matter of days.
It was started by AJ Biacolo.
A ‘Message of Gratitude and Update’ on the appeal says: ‘With deeply grateful hearts, we want to thank each and every person who has supported this GoFundMe—whether through donations, sharing the page, messages of comfort, or prayers.

‘Your kindness, generosity, and compassion during this unimaginable time have meant more to the Singco and Quinones families than words can fully express. ‘Because of your overwhelming support, we have now reached the goal amount needed to help bring Cathrene Kith Quinones Singco, her husband Ralph Anthony Singco, and their beloved baby home to the Philippines.
‘In light of this, the family kindly asks that no further donations be made’.
The family message adds: ‘At this time, the family’s greatest request is for your continued prayers—for strength, peace, and healing for all who are grieving this profound loss.
‘Please keep Cathrene, Ralph, their baby, and both families in your thoughts and prayers as they navigate the days ahead and begin the long journey toward healing. ‘From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for standing with us, for honouring the lives of Kith and Ralph, and for showing what true community and compassion look like in times of tragedy. Your support will never be forgotten. ‘With sincere gratitude, The Singco and Quinones Family,’ it adds.

The collision leading to the deaths of the couple, in their 30s, happened just after 2pm on the Moira Road in Crumlin on Sunday.
Both Cathrene Kith Quinones Singco and her husband, Ralph Anthony Singco had been passengers in the car and a number of other people suffered minor injuries.
Funeral details for the couple have been shared by O’Kane Funeral Directors revealing details of a Requiem Mass ‘Celebrating the life of Ralph, Kith and Baby Kate Singco’.

‘Requiem Mass will be held Wednesday 21st January at 12noon in St Vincent De Paul Church, Ligoniel Road’.
The first appeal on GoFundMe was started soon after the passing of Ralph Anthony Singco, who died in hospital on Tuesday, just says after his pregnant wife Cathrene Kith Quinones Singco.
‘Kith and Ralph were dedicated members of our community who spent their lives in service to others as healthcare workers,’ said the GoFundMe.
‘Kith served with compassion as a Nurse, and Ralph was a devoted Care Assistant.
‘Their lives were defined by their kindness and their commitment to the health and well-being of those in their care.
‘On Sunday, January 11, 2026, Cathrene was involved in a devastating two-car collision near Nutts Corner in Crumlin.
‘Tragically, Cathrene, who was 7 months pregnant in her 30s, passed away following the accident.
‘The heartbreak deepened as her unborn baby also lost her life as a result of the collision.
‘Her husband, Ralph, who was also in the vehicle and fought for his life in the hospital, passed away today, January 13, 2026’.
It added that the aim of the GoFundMe was ‘Bringing Them Home’ and they hoped to ‘raise £10,000 to assist with the significant financial burden of this tragedy’.
It added: ‘No family should have to navigate such a monumental tragedy alone.
‘Any contribution, no matter how small, will go directly toward ensuring this family can be laid to rest together in their homeland.
‘If you are unable to donate at this time, please consider sharing this page with your network to help us reach our goal.
‘We thank you for your kindness, your prayers, and your support for the Singco and Quinones family during this time of mourning’.
