Sinn Fein Cllr Paul Duffy said there had been concerns for his health and well-being.

“At first he was refusing assistance from all quarters but with some perserverance a local member of the Obins St/Park Road Community group and The Polish Community group from Lurgan, we got him to see a doctor and help with benefits plus a key worker and engaged with NIHE,” he said.

“The local people have shown a lot of support, helping him with food, washing and supplying him with clothing. He wanted to say thanks for showing him kindness and support in this difficult time.”
