They say they are "becoming increasingly concerned" about the woman who is from the Banbridge area - but who went missing from the Royal Victoria Hospital in Belfast.
In a Tweet they say: "If you have seen her or know where she is then please contact police on 101 quoting serial 185 of 5th May 2020".
