Krispy Kreme: 'We cannot wait to bring the joy to Northern Ireland'

Krispy Kreme have confirmed that plans are afoot to open a mouth-watering store in Belfast.

When asked when they were planning to open a store, they said: “We can’t wait to bring the joy of Krispy Kreme to Northern Ireland and will update our fans when we can share more news.

"We are also bringing joy to more of Ireland over the coming months, watch out for more details coming soon.

"Our next Krispy Kreme shop opening will be at Carrickmines on the 31st January.”

The company is famous for its delicious doughnuts, but also offers soft drinks, hot drinks, sundaes and sandwiches, as well as frozen and iced beverages.

Krispy Kreme was founded in 1937 and is today regarded as one of the most popular doughnut suppliers in the world.

Last month, it was announced that Krispy Kreme is expanding to the west of Ireland, as well as increasing the number of branches in Dublin, Louth and Kildare.
