There were heartbreaking scenes at St. Columba’s Church, Long Tower on Friday as the funeral of 17 year-old Londonderry boy, Aaron Doherty, took place.

Aaron died in hospital earlier this week but his father, Jim Doherty, said his son tested negative for Covid-19 before his death - Fr. Joseph McCauley said of Aaron during the mass “Aaron was gentle, humble of heart, loved.”
