Traffic & Travel: Man to appear in Enniskillen Magistrates Court charged with causing death by dangerous driving

A 70 year old man has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving, failing to remain where accident occurred causing injury, failing to report an accident whereby injury was caused and failing to stop where accident occurred causing injury.

He is due to appear at Enniskillen Magistrates Court on Monday 14th October

It comes after motorcyclist Richard Maze, also aged 70, was killed in a crash on the Boa Island Road in Belleek on Thursday.

A man was later arrested and charged with causing death by dangerous driving.

All charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
