Portstewart named in top 15 places to spend the Christmas Holidays

Portstewart has been has been named in the holidaylettings.co.uk list of ‘Top 15 places to spend the Christmas Holidays’ based on the increase in number of bookings made on the site in December 2014.

These 15 UK destinations have experienced a momentous rise in the number of bookings through Holiday Lettings – the UK’s leading holiday rental website – for the festive season.

They are: Alnwick, Elgin, Oxford, Stow-on-the-Wold, Cardiff, Harrogate, Canterbury, Norwich, Belfast, Hay-on-Wye, Cirencester, Chichester, Peebles, Hexham and Portstewart.

The north coast seaside town saw an 183.3% increase in bookings this time last year, and is sure to be up there again this festive season.

The site describes Portstewart as “one of Northern Ireland most-loved holiday hangouts”.
