Sentence for Belfast drunk driver who killed student 'too lenient'
Enda Dolan was 18 years old when he was struck by a van on the Malone Road in 2014.
The student from Co Tyrone was carried on the roof of a van being driven by David Lee Stewart, 31, of Gray’s Park Avenue in the city.

Hide AdIt was revealed at his trial that Stewart had taken 13 drinks before getting behind the wheel, and had traces of drugs, including cocaine, in his system.
Stewart was sentenced to three-and-a-half years in prison with a further three-and-a-half years on licence when he appeared in court last month.
On Monday the Director Public Prosecutions, Barra McGrory QC, said he had sought leave to refer the sentence to be reviewed.
