Six more people die with COVID-19 in NI bringing death-toll to 36 - number of cases in your area revealed

The number of deaths with coronavirus in NI now stands at 36 after six more people died in the last 24 hours.

The PHA report adds that the cumulative number of laboratory confirmed COVID-19 cases in NI is now 774.

The number of Individuals tested for SARS-COV2 Virus in NI is now 6899.

The Public Health agency has also published a cumulative number of positive COVID-19 cases by LGD Local Government District.

There are 51 cases in the Antrim And Newtownabbey area

79 cases in Armagh, Banbridge And Craigavon

226 cases in Belfast

19 cases in Causeway Coast And Glens

30 cases in Derry And Strabane

37 cases in Fermanagh And Omagh

97 cases in Lisburn And Castlereagh

37 cases in Mid And East Antrim

21 cases in Mid Ulster

55 cases in Newry, Mourne And Down

75 cases in North Down And Ards

47 cases of unknown location

Also according to the report -

249 people or 32% are confirmed to have the virus in the 0-44years age group

307 people or 40% of people in the 45 to 69 year age group

218 people or 28% in the 70 plus age group.

And yet again the report says that the virus is recorded to have affected 389 females (50%) and 384 males (50%).
