Teenager charged with possession of flare at Windsor Park
A 17-year-old male has been charged with possession of a flare at a football match.
He is due to appear at Belfast Youth Court on Wednesday 6 April.
The charge is in connection with an arrest made at Windsor Park, South Belfast, yesterday afternoon.
A 19 year old man, also arrested on suspicion of the same offence, was released unconditionally later that evening.
