Theresa Villiers turned down non-Cabinet post at Home Office
New Prime Minister Theresa May wanted to move Northern Ireland Secretary of State Theresa Villiers out of that position into a non-Cabinet post, the News Letter understands.

She said that “the new Prime Minister was kind enough to offer me a role but it was not one which I felt I could take on”.
