A2 Carrickfergus reopens after storm
The A2 Belfast Road, Carrickfergus, has reopened, according to a Trafficwatch NI update.
Earlier motorists were advised to avoid the normally busy commuter route as Storm Brendan battered the Co Antrim coastal town.
One lane remains closed leaving Carrickfergus due to a collapsed sea wall but is passable with care, Trafficwatch NI added.
