TrafficwatchNI reported "an extensive oil spillage #M1 citybound - J7 Sprucefield - J1 Broadway - A12 Westlink to York St - onto M2 York St to M2 J1 Fortwilliam - extra care - speed resrictions in place while this is treated".
A later Tweet confirmed that the issue had been treated.
