PSNI ‘sniff’ out cannabis, cash and ‘high end goods’ in NI vehicle

Police literally sniffed out ‘just under a kilo of cannabis’ after they stopped a vehicle last night.

A post on Police Suth Belfast Facebook page says: “Lisburn Road PSNI officers stopped a motorist last night in South Belfast a after a strong smell of cannabis was detected coming from the vehicle,

“Police carried out a search and just under a kilo of cannabis was located.

“Police then searched an address or two.

“Here is a SMALL amount of what was found - high end goods, more cash, more drugs, the odd offensive weapon amongst other things.”

The post adds: “All seized by Police.

“A male and female are currently assisting Police with our enquiries.”
