The collision ocurred on Holywood Road in Ards.
The road has been closed off to traffic in both directions.
“The Holywood Road in Ards has been closed in both directions following a serious three vehicle road traffic collision,” said the PSNI.
“Local diversions are in place however police would advise motorists to seek alternative routes.
“There are no further details at present.”
