Vox Financial invests £1.5m creating 25 jobs and is now looking to recruit

Vox Financial Partners is investing over £1.5million and more than doubling its workforce as part of ambitious strategic business plans.

Founded in 2016, the Belfast based Fintech consultancy works with top-tier bank and broker-dealer clients in the US and Europe. It offers high quality regulatory expertise to enable its clients to plan, resource and deliver major regulatory change projects.

Invest Northern Ireland has provided the company with advice and guidance on its growth plans, and has offered £175,000 to support the creation of 25 jobs and the company’s market development activities.

Danielle Gorman, Director of Operations, Vox Financial Partners, said: “Invest NI’s support has provided us with the opportunity to grow our team, and in turn, grow our business further in the global financial services sector. During the current situation, we have been fortunate that our sales have increased as we continue to offer new and existing clients the support they need at this time. By increasing headcount, we now have the opportunity to diversify our product offering, using our expertise in the financial services sector to continue securing new business.

“Moving forward, we will be continuing to invest in new technology areas following the creation of our Opal software platform, developed with Invest NI’s R&D support. We are looking forward to accelerating the growth and development of our business by significantly expanding our team over the next two years.”

Recruitment has commenced, with job opportunities including Operational Lead, Team Leader, Consultant, and Analyst roles. All employees are currently working remotely from home, and new employees recruited during the current situation will be on-boarded remotely and work from home.
